Call for Papers:

Utilization of Collagen in Food Science and Technology

Dr. Bor-Sen Chiou (USDA ARS Western Regional Research Center WRRC, USA)

Collagen and Leather (CL) is an Open Access journal on new findings and innovative scientific advances in all aspects of collagen and leather science and technology.

Authors do not need to pay an article-processing charge.

A Best Paper Award will be launched for this Thematic Series.

C&L

All papers and supplementary information (if any) should be submitted online (https://www.editorialmanager.com/jlse/default2.aspx) and prepared according to the submission guidelines of CL (https://jlse.springeropen.com/submission-guidelines). Authors should submit their papers as a thematic series paper and make sure the paper is not published or being considered to publish elsewhere. All submissions will be subjected to peer review before possible acceptance for publication.

The submission for this thematic series has started.

The submission deadline: December 31, 2024.
